How will you make an impact
You will work closely with people managers to identify, attract and hire world-class talent into CyberCX, delivering against key growth and resourcing strategies for a variety of cyber security roles across our regions, including our international offices.
Day to day you will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting on internal and external job boards, carrying out resume screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-hire checks, assessments,



and managing job offers
- Actively build cross-Practice and cross-Function collaboration across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication and relationships across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
- Partner with hiring managers to develop detailed briefs for skilled job requisitions
- Develop recruitment plans, including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timescale to meet business requirements
- Create compelling and comprehensive job advertisements and candidate-focused copy to attract talent on job boards, associations, networks, and direct candidate approaches
- Proactively source new high performing candidates for CyberCX
