Qualification and Education requirements: Experience BE Mechanical Engineering with the below skill sets to be considered, while sourcing the profiles. Around 10 years in Technical Sales of Consumables products to Textile Industry is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
o Manage key customer accounts within the textile industry across Coimbatore and surrounding markets.
o Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new opportunities for value addition through application engineering. o Present and demonstrate product portfolio, helping customers understand and realize the technical and commercial advantages of solutions, thereby driving business growth.
o Collaborate closely with textile machinery OEMs to establish and strengthen strategic partnerships.




o Develop a thorough understanding of customer’s lubrication and tribology requirements and promote business development through a value-based selling approach.
o Gradually assume responsibility for the Pan-India Textile business vertical and lead a team of engineers within a matrix organizational structure.
o Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
o Enhance brand visibility and market presence through customer seminars, technical presentations and participation in industry exhibitions and trade events.
o Guide and support channel partners to drive business growth, identify gaps in the distribution network and implement effective strategies to strengthen market coverage and performance.
o Video editing skills: Website content will not just be text but frequently visual as well so, Candidate should be able to manage product and application videos.
Language fluency : English, Tamil & Hindi.
