Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass managing production across multiple shifts, coordinating resources to meet production deadlines, and maintaining cost-effective operations aligned with company objectives. You will champion safety and compliance protocols in accordance with environmental regulations and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies whilst actively leading initiatives designed to enhance operational reliability and plant efficiency.
