Responsibilities:
Work directly with the top management to identify and solve key problems and enhance revenue streams.
Deep dive into existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company.
Conduct market and industry research for product, process benchmarking and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
Research, Evaluate, Model and Plan Go-to-market strategies.
Produce and publish business reports along with key metrics,



track progress across multiple projects.
Execute and manage overall governance and program management from the MD , CEO’s Office – Management Reviews, Steering Committees, Strategic Initiatives, Special Projects etc.
Prepare periodic updates for the Board, work closely with the Finance , Secretarial teams to capture and track key action points for the management.
Identify, track and operationalize special projects which align with the key priorities of the organization.
Be updated with the latest technology trends and market developments.
Requirements:
Graduate and MBA (IT savvy, knowledge about IT sectors and latest developments in Fintech space would be an advantage)
5+ years working as a management ,strategy consultant or in a fast paced startup environment.
Proactive in approach – shouldn’t wait for instructions and guidelines and takes ownership of tasks. Nimble and adaptive to thrive in a fast-changing
