In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team, optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and maintaining client satisfaction. You’ll need to ensure that the team operates efficiently, meets its goals, and delivers high-quality services consistently. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business setting while being a good team player and will need to lead a team size of ~15 to 25 people.

Responsibilities
• Lead a team size of ~15 to 25 people, inspire and motivate the team to achieve their goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members for their professional development.
• Assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements and conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded
