Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management and soft services. Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities and soft services contracts Strong knowledge of industry best practices, regulations,
and health and safety standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office suite Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and operational efficiency Experience in budget management and cost optimization Preferred Qualifications:
