Job description

The Role :
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standards Lead development across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives Provide advanced scripting expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.)



Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standards Support incident resolution and production stability across the platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and standards What you'll bring
Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience Strong hands-on expertise in:ServiceNow Development & AdministrationITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)Service Catalog & WorkflowsIntegration Hub / APIs Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Experience with:CMDB, Discovery, Service MappingFlow Designer / AutomationIntegration technologies (REST, SOAP) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
