Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive/Manufacturing plant roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
- Handle interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Hands on exp. with ATS and ensure timely closures. Preferably worked on the PeopleStrong ATS
- Robust sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Location: Manesar / Gurgaon.
Experience: 4 Years ( manufacturing /automotive hiring)
