Required Skills




Advanced capability in hand calculations and stress analysis of metallic and composite structures, including failure modes and load path assessment Expertise in static and non-linear analyses (geometric, material, contact) , driving optimal method selection for complex problems B.tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with 4-7 Yrs of experience Advanced FEA proficiency, including meshing (2D, 3D Hex, Tet), boundary conditions, loading, and results interpretation at component and assembly levels Deep understanding of NASTRAN solver behavior; capable of diagnosing and resolving complex (FATAL) issues Strong capability in force/moment balance, test correlation, and validation of FE models with high accuracy Ability to translate analysis results into actionable design insights, influencing product performance and optimization Extensive experience in structural analysis of aircraft seats/interiors across components and assemblies, including metals, composites
