The Successful Applicant
A successful GM - IT PM should have:
A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in IT project management within the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of retail banking and loan processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
