The Role
The ideal candidate will provide functional support for PeopleSoft HRMS modules including Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management, while analyzing and resolving production incidents, service requests, and system defects. You will perform root cause analysis for functional issues across HR processes, support 24x7 operations including on-call rotation if required, and work closely with developers for enhancements, bug fixes, and retrofits. Responsibilities include supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT)



and ensuring the functional accuracy of delivered solutions, as well as assisting in migrations, upgrades, and patch implementation activities. Finally, you will prepare functional design documents (FDD), test cases, and user guides, and maintain a knowledge base, issue logs, and support documentation for this PeopleSoft HRMS Functional Consultant role.
