Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define, document, and support the delivery of system and process improvements. This role focuses on requirements analysis, business process documentation, and supporting Agile delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and pain points. Elicit and document business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and document analysis. Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows and system requirements. Create clear documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases. Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Reconcile conflicting requirements and break down high-level needs into detailed,



actionable requirements. Obtain stakeholder sign-off on requirements documentation to support scope management. Agile Delivery & Collaboration
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria as needed. Support backlog refinement by ensuring requirements are clear and complete. Collaborate with developers, QA, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Assist with testing efforts by reviewing test cases, validating outcomes, and supporting UAT. Support system integrations by identifying dependencies and functional impacts. Communication & Documentation
Maintain requirements and project documentation in Confluence. Deliver clear, well-organized presentations and updates to business and technical stakeholders. Develop training materials and support users during system enhancements or releases. Ensure solutions align with organizational
