Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Learning, Organisational Capability and Experience Advisor to join the Learning, Organisational Capability & Experience team within People & Culture.
Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist,



community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our six main campuses:
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.
About the Role:
The Learning, Organisational Capability and Experience Advisor supports the development of a high-performing, patient-centred workforce by designing, developing and implementing learning and organisational capability strategies that build clinical and non-clinical capability across the organisation.
The salary range will be between $92, - $102,653.20, depending on experience.
