Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Specification Review
- Analyze module-level requirements and technical specifications to define design objectives, constraints, and performance targets for digital, RF, and mixed-signal PCB designs.
- Circuit Design & Architecture Development
- Perform detailed circuit analysis and develop robust design architectures, ensuring optimal trade-offs between performance, reliability, scalability, and manufacturability.
- Component Engineering & Datasheet Interpretation
- Drive component selection based on electrical, thermal, lifecycle, and cost considerations; conduct in-depth datasheet evaluation to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Schematic Design & Design Lifecycle Management
- Own the complete schematic design process, including circuit development, hierarchical design, validation, and cross-functional design reviews.
- PCB Layout Design & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end PCB layout process,



including stack-up definition, placement, and routing, ensuring optimization for:
- High-speed digital signal integrity
- RF performance and controlled impedance
- Mixed-signal partitioning and noise isolation
- Power integrity and thermal management
- Design Verification, Simulation & Compliance
- Conduct comprehensive design validation through simulations and analysis, including SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and thermal performance, ensuring adherence to IPC, MIL-STD, and relevant industry standards.
- DFM/DFT & Production Support
- Ensure designs meet Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) requirements; support prototype bring-up, debugging, validation testing, and production release.
