The Enterprise Business Technology team delivers global solutions across HCM, Finance, Site Solutions, and CCRS using a mix of ServiceNow, SaaS platforms,



and custom-built applications . As we expand in India, this role offers the opportunity to own architecture, influence global strategy, and build scalable platforms used worldwide .
Role Overview
We are hiring a Staff Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow and SaaS platforms to lead architecture, design scalable solutions, and drive engineering excellence .
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both:
- Strategic thinking (architecture, standards, platform vision)
- Execution depth (solution design, complex build, integration patterns)

You will work closely with global teams across the US, Europe, and APAC.
