Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Partner with business and project leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Drive manpower planning, workforce optimization, and talent management across project sites.
Provide HR support to project leadership on organizational development and people management initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies and employee-related matters.
Project HR & Administration
Lead end-to-end HR operations for Roads & Highways projects.
Ensure smooth functioning of project HR and administration activities across multiple locations.
Monitor manpower deployment, onboarding, transfers, employee records, and exit processes.
Coordinate with site HR teams to maintain consistent HR practices.
Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
Maintain harmonious Industrial and Employee Relations across project locations.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, conflict resolution, and employee counselling.
Conduct domestic enquiries and ensure adherence to disciplinary procedures.




Support negotiations with employee representatives wherever applicable.
Labour Law Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour legislations and statutory requirements.
Monitor compliance under:
Contract Labour Act
Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act
Minimum Wages Act
EPF & ESI
Payment of Bonus, Gratuity & Wage regulations
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements
Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.
Contractor & Workforce Management
Manage contractor workforce across project sites.
Ensure contractor compliance with labour laws, statutory obligations, and company policies.
Review contractor documentation, licenses, wage compliance, and statutory payments.
Monitor contractor performance and resolve workforce-related issues.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
