S ENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (HYPERVISOR, DR)

Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the Global IT Operations team. The role involves participating in all hypervisor and virtualization infrastructure operations,



serving in both execution and coordination capacities with external stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage VMware environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter) including cluster design (HA, DRS, Storage DRS) and VM lifecycle operations
Troubleshoot complex issues (host failures, PSODs, VM performance) and handle infrastructure transformations
Act as escalation point for critical incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting across compute, storage, and network layers
Conduct RCA, lead P1/P2 incident management, and coordinate with vendors (VMware, Dell, Zerto)
Design and manage Dell PowerFlex (SDS) environments, including cluster expansion, upgrades, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot storage issues (I/O bottlenecks, failures) and ensure redundancy and data protection
Design and manage DR solutions using Zerto, including VPG configuration, replication, failover/failback, and DR drills
Ensure RPO/RTO compliance and troubleshoot
