Position: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Reportees: The CTO will oversee a multidisciplinary technology and digital team
Purpose of the Role
- The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is responsible for driving the technology vision, strategy, and digital transformation initiatives of the Education Trust. The role will focus on building strong digital platforms, strengthening technology infrastructure, and enabling seamless digital and client journeys for the Trust’s initiatives, particularly in the areas of mental health and menstrual health. The CTO will ensure that technology systems, data platforms, and digital tools improve access, engagement, service delivery, and operational efficiency across ABET programs.

Qualification
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or MS in Tech related field can also be considered

Experience
- 18-20 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles. 
- Proven experience in managing enterprise IT Infrastructure, digital platforms, and cloud environments.




- Experience in building scalable digital products, platforms, or technology ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, system architecture, and software development.
- Experience in digital health, wellbeing platforms, education technology, or social impact initiatives will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall technology roadmap aligned with the Trust’s mission, with robust focus on digital platforms supporting mental health, education, menstrual health, and wellbeing initiatives.
