Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Business Advisory service offering
- Deliver high-level tax, strategic and commercial advisory to clients
- Build and maintain strong referral networks and client relationships
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing Accounting & Advisory team
- Review complex engagements ensuring high technical and service standards
- Drive new business and contribute to firm growth strategy
- Support internal improvement, systems development and leadership initiatives
The Successful Candidate Will Bring:
- Strong public practice experience with an advisory focus
- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Proven ability to deliver strategic business and tax advice
- Leadership experience managing senior accountants or teams
- Solid commercial acumen and client-facing capability
