- Monitor tender portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement) and other sources to identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Analyze bid requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle, including proposal preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and maintain bid trackers.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities.
