Position Title: Deputy General Manager - Incoming Quality Work Location: Vadodara Experience: 12-15 yrs Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) Overall responsible for leading the team for inspection and decision making of raw materials, components, and sub assys, including outsource Inspection. Develop and Maintain Quality Plans and ensure inspection records, test reports,



and non-conformance reports. Lead root cause analysis of nonconformities / defects or failures and ensuring Implementation Corrective Actions to avoid recurrence. Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities. Supplier Quality System / Process Audit and improvement. Developing gauges for error free inspection and Train quality engineers / inspectors on inspection techniques and standards. Functional Competencies: Incoming Quality function experience preferably in electrical / Automobile manufacturing Hands on Experience of SAP QM, Minitab, SPC tools, 8D, DOE, MSA.
