Required Skills & Competencies
Comprehensive knowledge of various HVAC systems and their applications. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP/Elite, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer, etc. Strong analytical skills to perform load calculations for accurate system sizing and equipment selection. Vendor coordination experience , including reviewing deliverables, raising TQs/TBEs, and participating in technical review meetings. Ability to interpret technical documentation such as P&IDs;, D&IDs;, and airflow diagrams. Familiarity with international codes and standards relevant to offshore HVAC systems and ducting, including ISO 15138, ISO 7547, ASHRAE, NFPA, and SMACNA.
