Job Overview:

As a Crew Executive at Seamac Company, you will be responsible for managing crew operations, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and facilitating the efficient deployment of crew members to vessels. The position requires a robust understanding of crew management processes, vessel crew schedules, and maritime industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Crew Management:

o Oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and deployment of crew members to vessels.

o Ensure that all crew members meet the required certifications, qualifications, and experience for their respective positions.

o Maintain crew rosters and ensure that all crew rotations are adhered to as per schedule.

 Compliance and Documentation:

o Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, industry standards, and company policies regarding crew management.





o Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to crew certification, contracts, visas, medical certificates, and other legal requirements.

o Maintain accurate records of crew movements, certifications, and performance.

 Crew Welfare:

o Assist in addressing crew welfare issues, including ensuring crew members' needs are met during assignments, such as accommodation, meals, and rest periods.

o Coordinate with medical professionals for crew health checks, emergency cases, and support.

 Communication and Coordination:

o Act as a liaison between the crew, vessel management, and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and operation.

o Coordinate with other departments (HR, operations, finance) to ensure timely payment and contract renewals for crew members.

 Training and Development:

o Ensure that crew members undergo necessary training to meet industry standards, including safety drills, operational procedures, and other skills dev
