YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Periodic review of Trial Balance Monitor Fixed Assets Accounting Leading and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close of books both under IND AS and IFRS Review submissions of reports in the Management Reporting Tool Responsible to prepare monthly rolling P&L; forecast Planning the Limited Reviews and Statutory Audits, delegation of tasks and ensure audits complete within stipulated timeframe Built SOPs for new areas, re-visit the existing SOPs. Ensure all functions adhere to the process mentioned in Control Book Lead the IFC Compliance & be responsible for all IFC compliances Compliance with Risk Reporting requirements Manage the Internal audit, right from the stage of planning till remediation of points described in final audit reports Identify feasibility of automation in maximum areas in finance Support Tax audit, TP Audit and Cost Audit requirements Able to bring best out of the team The desired candidate:
•Should have in depth knowledge about IND AS and IFRS standards




•Should have practical experience of Ind AS financials preparation and finalization with all the Notes to Accounts. Practical exposure of end to end finalizing Consolidated financials will be preferred
•Auditing experience with Big4 firm will be preferred
•Should have positive communication skills, both verbal and written
•Should have good knowledge of MS Office
•Knowledge of SAP FI module will be an added advantage
•Ability to work in multi locational environment and able to get the job done from teams based out remotely
•Should have worked with manufacturing companies
