Job Description

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai .
In this role, you will manage and help with all BIM-related activities for our US & EMEA (Europe) projects. This role requires comprehensive oversight of BIM project execution, including communication with regional teams, Revit modeling oversight, coordination efforts, and ensuring alignment with internal BIM standards and protocols. The BIM Fresher will work closely with the BIM Manager to seek approvals, report progress, and ensure project deliverables meet the required quality and timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Electrical, Computer, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh Graduate (0–1 year experience).



Basic understanding of BIM concepts and workflows. Proactive and technically strong. Knowledge of Autodesk Revit. Familiarity with Navisworks Manage/Simulate. Basic understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360. Awareness of model coordination and clash detection processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Solid organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Has the ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with international teams.
