Key Responsibilities;
Lead a small team in the research and tracking of a range of bad actors to build up intelligence pictures identifying potential targets through a range of sources,



including AI (Artificial Intelligence) Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Open Source (OSINT) Support the process of data ontology collection by managing the input of entities and intelligence sources found through research, and reviewing and amending according to accuracy of collection Create and manage personas to aid intelligence gathering among key actors and groups Quality checking of a full variety of team outputs including real-time alert emails as well as situation and strategic intelligence reports. Giving constructive feedback and reporting to the Lead further training needs Support the Lead in calibration of service for customer identifying topics for discussion as well as improvements and talking points to be fed into the Account Management team Manage the configuration of internal platform tools to more efficiently surface intelligence from our graph according to customer needs Help
