Primary Skills :
2+ years of full-time experience Should be willing to do data entry work Should be good in Excel Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis & Elicitation, Managing Requirements, Scope & Stakeholders Knowledge in EDI - knowledge of X12 standards and working with file formats like EDI, Flat file, XML etc.



Working knowledge of Agile framework Should be self-motivated and PROACTIVE Should have experience working with US/UK customers and have ability to engage positively with customers Understanding of multiple business domains and various file and data formats used across domains Should have experience creating business and functional requirement specifications Should have experience working with multiple teams & stakeholders to deliver project requirements Should be able to work in the EU/UK time Desirable Skills :
Excellent interpersonal skills and need to coordinate directly with customer's customer, i.e. the end user Good convincing skills, ability to get the point across without aggravating the opposite party Expertise on multiple business domains and data file formats will be a plus Positive to Have :
Logistics domain experience Responsibilities :
