Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events that promote our building material products. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management and a strong understanding of the industry. You will be responsible for creating engaging events that attract customers/vendors, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth in PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as trade shows, product launches, and customer seminars focusing on building material products sales
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop event goals and strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage event budgets, including securing sponsorships and negotiating contracts with vendors and venues
- Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, and accommodations




- Develop promotional materials and communication strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement
- Evaluate the success of each event through metrics and feedback to make improvements for future event
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, suppliers, and industry partner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for future event

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event management, particularly in trade/retail/channel sales environments, preferably within the building material or steel industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
