Position Title: Sales Specialist

Base Location: Nagpur, Pune

Job Description:

~2-5 years of experience in sales of Histopathology / Diagnostics / Molecular products in the West region.

~ Responsible for sales and collection targets in his/her territory.

~ Regular customer visits, with a minimum of 7-10 days of travelling outside the base location.

~ Creating new customers / establishing new business & monitoring sales prospects.

~ Coordination with the Application Support team regarding complaint resolution and sample handling.

~ Market development through CMEs / Workshops/ Conferences.





~ On-time reports on competitor activity and other reports are required.

Job Specification:

The candidate should have experience with IHC, RT-PCR, and CE/NGS , which will be an advantage.

Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel.

Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed to perform the task.

Problem-solving attitude and willing to take on multiple tasks.

Valuable Communication and able to express and set the right expectations with customers.

Should have good relations with KOLs & important customers in the region.

Qualification:

Science graduate (BSc/MSc), preferably in Pathology or Microbiology.

Experience: 2-5 yrs.

Additional Skills:

Preferably from a Life Science/Biotech company

Good written & verbal communication skills in English

Good Interpersonal interaction

Good Market knowledge

Strong personal relations with customers

Maintenance of data & analysis skills.
