Role Description The Articled Assistant will work full time on-site in Mumbai and support the firm’s audit, taxation, and compliance engagements under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities may include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations. The role involves supporting direct and indirect tax filings, compiling financial data, reconciling accounts,



and helping prepare financial statements and reports. The Articled Assistant will conduct research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, summarize key points, and help implement relevant changes in client engagements. Currently pursuing or registered for Chartered Accountancy (CA) articleship as per applicable institute regulations.

Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting or ERP software; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with numerical data accurately.

Prior internship or practical experience in audit, accounting, or taxation will be an added advantage.
