As a Copywriter at Caresmith, you will be responsible for developing compelling product narratives and marketing communication across Amazon listings, product manuals, performance marketing creatives, video scripts, and website content.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with customer research, commercial thinking, and a deep understanding of how eCommerce brands grow. You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and content production while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Write high-converting product descriptions, Amazon listings, A+ content, and marketplace communication.

Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for new and existing products.

Create scripts for performance marketing videos,



UGC ads, product explainers, and brand campaigns.

Write blogs, email campaigns, website content, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing communication.

Conduct customer research and develop detailed buyer personas.

Analyze customer reviews, support conversations, competitor communication, and market trends to uncover actionable insights.

Translate technical product features into explicit customer benefits and persuasive storytelling.

Collaborate closely with design, performance marketing, product, and video teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Build repeatable content systems and leverage AI tools to improve speed, research depth, and content output.

Ensure consistency of brand voice across all channels and customer touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, brand communication, or performance marketing.
