Job Overview

A Customer Support Associate, is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Their duties include communicating with customers in-person, over the phone or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies. With complete focus on accounts receivables.

Duties & Responsibilities
- The candidate should be able to successfully handle customer queries.




- To attend calls/ make calls / draft emails and gather required information
- Must have valuable knowledge of preparing Quotations, Invoices and processing of Purchase order.
- Knowledge of Stock Inventory
- Knowledge of Tally
- Will be Responsible for daily, weekly and month-end account activities including accounts receivables and payables
- Responsible for managing the vendors and the bill payments
- Will be responsible for maintaining branch petty cash account
- Coordination with Head offices / branch offices on Quotations, Invoicing,
Delivery, Logistics, Taxation etc.
- Handling company correspondence & reports independently
- Payment follow-up with customers / Responsible for Bills Receivable
- Manage office space
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess a positive attitude and a team player.
- To upload the invoice to customer portal for payment process.
