2. Required Technical & Domain Skill Set
- ER&D; / Engineering Services Sales expertise with strong focus on Networks (Telecom, Networking Equipment, 5G/Edge), Semiconductors, and Software Products .
- Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue growth targets in large, complex ER&D; engagements.
- Strong industry relationships with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 customers across:
- Networking & Telecom OEMs / ISVs
- Semiconductor companies (Fabless, IDM, Equipment vendors)
- Software Product companies (Platforms, Embedded & Systems software, Enterprise/Industrial software)
- Ability to engage credibly with customer CXOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, R&D; and Product Leaders .
- Experience selling end‑to‑end ER&D; services including product engineering, platform engineering, sustenance, and digital engineering

15+ years in ER&D; / Engineering Services sales, with increasing responsibility in large‑deal pursuit and account leadership

- Solid understanding of one or more of below ER&D; value chains :
- Networks : Protocol stacks, embedded systems, network management, cloud‑native networking, 5G/Edge.
- Semiconductors : Silicon engineering, embedded software, firmware, validation, post‑silicon, and system integration.
- Software Products : Product lifecycle management, platform engineering, cloud/SaaS, DevOps, sustenance and modernization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and analytical skills.
