Experience
- 15–25+ years in ELV systems engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years in leadership/managerial role
- Experience in large-scale projects (commercial, airports, hospitals, smart cities, etc.)

KPIs / Performance Metrics : Project delivery timelines Budget adherence System performance and reliability Client satisfaction Team productivity and retention.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV system design and integration
- Project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and ELV design tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
