SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
Deliver design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform Analysis and design of Multi Storey Buildings
- Develop design reports and review drawings.
- Coordinate with other disciplines.
- Support design optimization for economy.
- Assist in technical discussions with clients.

Internal Stakeholder
Purpose of Interaction
- To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.
External Stakeholder
Purpose of Interaction
- To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.
SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
Years of Experience
- 6–8 years in structural design.
Nature of
Experience
- Multi Storey Building Design, team leadership.

Technical Skills
- ETABS, PROTECTED, STAAD.Pro.
- IS (mandatory), AISC & Eurocodes (Preferrerd)
- Reinforced Concrete Design and Composite Structure design (Preferred).
