- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and CAD Engineers in the development of electrical designs, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines
- Review and approve electrical system designs and layouts created by the design team to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Take ownership of electrical design tasks for tenders and ongoing projects, ensuring designs are completed on time and to the required quality standards

- Perform electrical system calculations, including load flow analysis and voltage drop assessments, to optimize the performance and efficiency of the power distribution network
- Ensure that electrical components, such as Transformer, DG, UPS, cables, busbars, and electrical panels, are designed to meet with specification and client requirements and maintaining safety and reliability
- Create, develop, and manage detailed schedules for electrical engineering projects.
- Oversee the design, installation of electrical systems to ensure they meet client specifications,



project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, ELV and Instrumentation teams, as well as other project stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems into the overall project.
- Oversee and approve the electrical designs, drawings, and specifications developed by the design team.
- Address and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the electrical design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Ensure that all electrical designs, systems, and installations comply with relevant codes, industry standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC,IS,BS,IEC, IEEE).
- Strive to optimize electrical designs to balance cost-effectiveness, safety, and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
