- Nursing Responsibilities:-
- Provide direct quality patient care as per hospital protocol and policy.
- Conferring with doctors and team on patient care, treatment and progress.
- Administration of drugs and injections with proper documentation.
- Inventory checking and stock management of medications, equipments, linen etc & ensuring no pilferage.
- Emergency assessment/management of patients and transferring to higher center if required.
- Autoclave & disinfect necessary article, instruments.
- Refilling of consumables.
- Regular checking of defibrillator, ambulance inventory etc.,
- Counseling patients and giving health talk.
- Administrative Responsibilities:-
- Maintaining and ensuring all records/documentations are updated and correct.
- Bills and OPD Patient Register
- Medicine consumption record
- Daily cash collection
- Investigation records
- Biomedical waste management records
- Inventory list
- Doctors appointment book
- Communication book etc.,
- Create duty schedule and get approved from higher authority.
- Participates in staff educational program.
- Orientation of recent staff to OHC and its protocols.
- Supervise and guide Junior Staff, Health Care Assistants etc.,
- Ensuring all supplies, equipments are in place, working properly and are handled properly.
- Liaison between the hospital management, company management and OHC.
