Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loan Underwriter to join our lending team specializing in manufactured housing chattel loans. As an Underwriter,



they will play a pivotal role in evaluating loan applications and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers seeking financing for manufactured homes. Their expertise in analyzing financial documents, assessing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for manufactured housing loans, including income verification, credit reports, and property valuations.

• Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers by analyzing financial statements, tax returns, employment history, and other relevant information.

• Evaluate debt-to-income ratios and other key financial indicators to determine loan feasibility.
