Job Description
- To understand the site masterplan and external constraints impacting site logistics
- Identify and mitigate the logistic challenges prevailing (and expected in the future) in the project site
- Work closely with Planning, Section Heads / Site In-charges / Batching Plant / Stores and understand the daily and weekly material movement requirements
- Plan lay down area as per the project requirements / utilize the lay down area in an optimal manner
- Draw overall logistics plan and dynamically adjust the same according to site conditions from time to time
- Plan and organize material movement within the constraints of project site and external workplace
- Plan and organize Concrete Pours according to the priorities set by Project Director
- Direct subcontractor’s material movements
- Imbibe pedestrian, material handling and vehicle safety as a part of logistics plan
