Role Purpose
To manage and coordinate subcontracted service activities, cost efficiency, and robust vendor relationships to support production and business objectives.
1. Subcontracting Operations
- Logistics, Store & Material Handling service, Facility maintenance contracts (Housekeeping, canteen service) etc
- Coordinate with internal teams for labor mobilization and processing requirements.
- Ensure timely labor mobilization by subcontractors.

2. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of subcontracting transactions, challans, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
- Prepare reports related to subcontracting performance and KPIs.

3. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and subcontractors.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure smooth communication flow across stakeholders.
