Role & responsibilities
Manage sales accounting by recording customer bookings, receipts, and sales entries; prepare NOCs and customer account statements; maintain accurate sales and documentation records; perform bank reconciliations; coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for payment updates; verify customer payment records; and ensure timely reporting, proper filing, and compliance with company accounting procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
Postgraduate qualification in CA (Inter)/CA, CS, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent with 13 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel, with strong knowledge of sales accounting, bank reconciliation, documentation, and record keeping. Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
