Job Title: Assistant Manager Oracle EPM (EPBCS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Oracle EPM (EPBCS) to join our Enterprise Performance Management practice. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), with expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support Oracle EPBCS solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure applications, forms, business rules, dashboards, security, and workflows within EPBCS.
- Develop and maintain Calculation Manager business rules, Groovy scripts, Smart View reports, and Financial Reporting (FR) reports.
- Manage metadata, data integration, and data validation using Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Integrate EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and third-party applications using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Required Skills

- 6–9 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle EPBCS
- Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Calculation Manager
- Groovy Scripting
- Smart View
- Data Management (FDMEE/Enterprise Data Integration)
- Financial Reporting

- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and data migration.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification is preferred.
- Experience with FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, or other Oracle EPM Cloud modules is an advantage.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
