Training & Placement Manager (Hire & Train Program)

Experience: 4 to 9 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Training & Placement Manager to manage our Internal Hire & Train Program for one of our MNC clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in training coordination, placement activities, candidate counseling, and client interaction.

This role is responsible for ensuring candidates successfully complete the training process and are deployed to client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Training & Placement activities for the Hire & Train Program.
- Conduct the final discussion and counseling with candidates selected for the Hire & Train program.
- Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth training execution.
- Track candidate attendance, performance, assessments, and readiness for deployment.
- Arrange and coordinate online and offline seminars, workshops, webinars, and skilled events.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the training journey.




- Coordinate placement interviews and deployment schedules with client hiring teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders for placement opportunities.
- Partially meet clients for placement coordination and deployment discussions.
- Prepare placement reports, training progress reports, and MIS.
- Ensure candidates are interview-ready through mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance.
- Work closely with business and recruitment teams to achieve placement targets.

Required Skills

- 49 years of experience in Training & Placement, Placement Officer, Campus Recruitment, Career Services, or Learning & Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and candidate counseling skills.
- Experience coordinating corporate training programs.
- Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
- Good organizational and event management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
