Title: Shift In- Charge

Shift Timing: 6am -3pm, 10pm-7am

Department: Production / Operations

Location: Swargate, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage production activities across assigned shifts (day/night)
- Ensure smooth functioning of processing, packaging, and utility operations
- Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to schedules
- Enforce SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Manage and allocate manpower efficiently on the shop floor
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams
- Handle equipment breakdowns, process deviations, and operational challenges
- Maintain and review shift reports, production logs, and downtime records
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation,



and CIP/SIP processes
- Conduct effective shift handovers with clear communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and minimize wastage

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology,
- 3-6 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing, with supervisory

exposure

- Strong understanding of dairy processing and plant operations Knowledge of GMP,

HACCP, and FSSAI compliance standards Leadership and team management

Capabilities

- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
- Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability under pressure

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in dairy products
- Exposure to automated or semi-automated production systems
- Experience handling utilities and plant maintenance coordinationJob
