We are hiring experienced System Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in Telecom OSS, Blue Planet Unified Assurance & Analytics (UAA), alarm management, workflow automation, and system integration.

Skilled in developing Advanced Workflows (CRON, STREAM, event-driven), RACR JavaScript rules, alarm correlation, and Remedy ITSM integrations.

Strong background in Linux administration, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, GitLab, and telecom fault management.

Experienced in production support, platform upgrades, setting promotions, and end-to-end troubleshooting across enterprise telecom environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Blue Planet UAA Advanced Workflows using CRON, STREAM, and event-driven automation.
- Build and enhance RACR JavaScript rules for alarm classification, severity overrides, and problem code assignment.
- Configure alarm correlation, root cause alarm creation, soak timers, persistence qualification, and flapping detection.
- Integrate Blue Planet UAA with Kafka, Remedy ITSM, and REST APIs for automated incident management.
- Develop Python scripts for Kafka consumers, payload transformation, and Remedy ticket automation.
- Manage Resource Adapters (RA), device onboarding, and alarm/performance data collection.
- Perform environment promotions from Lab to Stage and Production, workflow deployments, and platform upgrades.
- Troubleshoot Linux servers, Kubernetes pods, Kafka messaging, and production issues.
- Execute PostgreSQL queries to analyze alarm history, occurrence patterns, and operational trends.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and NOC teams using GitLab and Jira Agile methodologies.
