Technical Skills:

- Greenfield and brownfield logistics project execution
- Inbound, outbound, and inplant logistics planning
- Material flow design (supplier plant line warehouse yard)
- Milkrun, JIT, JIS, CKD/SKD logistics concepts
- Linefeeding methods (kitting, sequencing, bulk supply)
- Transportation strategy and returnable packaging management
- Logistics layout planning and optimization
- Yard management and FG vehicle logistics planning
- Lean logistics principles (FIFO, Kanban, Supermarket concepts)
- Process mapping for logistics operations

Tool Skills:

- AUTOCAD
- MS Office, Power point, Excel
- TEAM CENTER

Special Requirements:

- Worked with Global Automotive Clients
- Knowledge of Inbound, Inhouse & Outbound Logistics

Experience: 2-10 yrs

Job Description:

- To execute Plant Logistics Planning projects of Global OEMs.
- Manage project teams for Logistics & SCM
- Project planning, budgeting, execution, and implementation.
- Technical and commercial guidance for project team.
- Lead, motivate and achieve project deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize endtoend logistics concepts covering inbound, inplant, and outbound material flows.
- Engineer productive supply chain solutions aligned with production volumes, takt time, and line requirements.
- Plan and validate material flow layouts, warehouse concepts, supermarkets, and linefeeding strategies (bulk, kitting, sequencing).
