About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Manager – Operations to lead and streamline operational activities while ensuring seamless project execution from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day operational activities to improve productivity and efficiency.

Manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate, guide, and monitor the performance of the Design team to ensure smooth project execution.

Understand and analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable operational plans.

Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and SOPs to maximize efficiency and output.

Monitor project progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team while maintaining high employee engagement and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Operations, including experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.

Proven experience in handling and managing a team of at least 12 members.

Solid field operations and project execution experience.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).

Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and business insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Highly action-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business results.
