- Own board exam results (II PU) and competitive exam outcomes (JEE/NEET/CET) as core KPIs
- Design and monitor academic calendar, timetables, test schedules
- Review student performance data regularly; drive remedial action for weak performers
- Ensure curriculum delivery quality across Science/Commerce streams
Faculty Management
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor teaching staff
- Conduct classroom observations and performance reviews
- Drive faculty development/training initiatives
- Manage staff scheduling and workload distribution
Student Affairs
- Oversee admissions counselling and enrollment targets
- Manage discipline, attendance, and student welfare
- Parent communication and grievance resolution
- Oversee co-curricular and sports activities
Administration
- Manage campus operations, budget, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with board/regulatory requirements (state PU board norms)
- Coordinate with central RVLH leadership on strategy rollout
- Own campus-level reporting and dashboards
Stakeholder Management
- Represent the college to parents, trust management, and external bodies
- Build campus reputation and community relationships
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (subject relevant to Science/Commerce stream); B.Ed. preferred
- 8 to 10+ years in education, with 3+ years in academic leadership / administration
- Prior experience managing PU/senior secondary programs preferred
