Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding interview schedules and selection results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (healthcare recruitment preferred).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
