Technical Requirements

- Good understanding of Object-oriented programming, design principles and programming practices.
- Solid Experience of C++, QT/QML, Data Structures, STL, Multithreading etc. on Linux and Windows.
- Good experience of GSTREAMER, Video/Image Processing
- Well versed with asynchronous programming, IPC (Message Queues, pipes etc.), Events, etc.
- Analyzes existing embedded software to add features, make modifications, fix, and/or port to different platforms.
- Translate the business requirements into software requirements, technical, functional and non-functional work items (Features, User Stories) with clear acceptance criteria for the technical team to develop.
- Good Understanding of State Machine, UML diagrams, OOAD.
- Tests software designs and code at the unit and system level to ensure that all requirements are met, and the highest software quality is achieved.
- Provides technical leadership for all domain software development activities and should take lead in code reviews valuable to have knowledge on Coverity Static Code Analysis Tool.
- Implement comprehensive Automated unit test cases preferably with Gtest tool for confirming functionality and the quality of code.




- Should have experience in using multiple development and debugging tools like GDB, memory profilers etc.
- Ensure high-quality code is delivered with relevant documentation.
- Conduct estimation sessions with the technical team to understand the timeline for delivering features.
- including planning and developing requirements in compliance with the established software development process.
- Identifies product requirement or performance issues and help team members in fixing them.
- Manages multiple large projects and technical resources.
- Must be a team player who can collaborate with global teams and be a strong leader.
- Provide mentorship junior engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy.
- Work with technical team consisting of UI/UX, DevOps, Testing and Developers to deliver the features of the product.
